    Re Financing

    Everybody knows who Sprott Res Corp is, no need to do DD there. Some might not know;

    http://www.palisadeglobal.com/

    or

    http://ventureadnetwork.com/

Their mission is to bring attention to the stock. Since there's already a half dozen or so newsletter writers, likely more to jump on the bandwagon with continued success, and several websites already telling ABN's story the company is going to receive a lot of attention. There's also 7 more holes to report on and they were drilled in the same area as the first just released 2018 hole.

The blockbuster hole just NRed attracted heavyweight attention. Looking forward to more results.

Goldfinger: Turning to the junior mining sector, last week we got news from Aben Resources (TSX-V:ABN, OTC: ABNAF) that was rather stunning as they delivered nearly 40 grams/tonne gold over 10 meters. Would you like to share your thoughts on Aben here?

Bob Moriarty: They hit a home run on their first hole in a new zone. So what theyíre going to be doing is punching holes between that hole and an old high grade hole that is 230 meters away. My OPINION (I want to emphasize that itís my OPINION) is itís a giant find, itís a real find, and itís going to set everything in the Golden Triangle on fire. Now I happen to agree that Garibaldi (TSX-V:GGI) is a nothingburger and they were announcing pretty rock instead of actual results last year.

I expect to see more good assays from Aben in the next couple of weeks and on a fully diluted basis Aben still has less than a C$50 million market cap so the stock is still very cheap and has room to run if this is a real discovery.

Goldfinger: How much is a discovery worth in this challenging market environment?

Bob Moriarty: Well I believe what Aben has is far more valuable than what Garibaldi has and Garibaldi has(d) a C$300 million market cap so it wouldnít be inconceivable to see ABN shares up at C$2.50 in the event that a significant discovery is confirmed.

One of our guys called, was complaining about 'giving shares away to Sprott.' I told him I bought at .115, now Eric Sprott, the biggest name in resource investing, he hired Rick Rule for god's sake, buys $2m shares at .30 making him the single largest shareholder of Aben at over 10% - hes a reporting insider now. We got $6m in the treasury, are looking to add another drill and will drill up to another 5,000 to 10,000m if we can get it.

I couldn't be happier about Sprott getting involved.

ABEN CLOSES $4.28 MILLION PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING LED BY ERIC SPROTT

Aben Resources Ltd. has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement financing (see news release dated Aug. 15, 2018) for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $4.28-million. The company intends to utilize the proceeds from this financing for its continuing 2018 exploration and drilling program at its Forrest Kerr gold project located in British Columbia's Golden Triangle region and for general working capital purposes.

The company has issued 14,264,967 units at a price of 30 cents per unit for gross proceeds of $4,279,490. Each unit consists of one common share of the company and one share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional common share at a price of 45 cents for a period of two years expiring Aug. 21, 2020.

Approximately 4.78 million warrants have been exercised since May 31, 2018, raising an additional $791,219 in net proceeds for the company.

The company's president and chief executive officer, Jim Pettit, stated: "With the closing of this financing, we are pleased to welcome Eric Sprott as a large, strategic shareholder of Aben. The company is well positioned with over $6-million in the treasury to expand the 2018 drill program at its flagship Forrest Kerr gold project. Additional drilling is warranted on the back of the results from the first drill hole in the program at the newly discovered North Boundary zone, which intersected four separate high-grade intervals, including 62.4 grams per tonne gold over 6.0 metres within 38.7 grams per tonne gold over 10.0 metres from 114.0 to 124.0 metres. Aben has now completed 4,850 metres of drilling in 16 holes and is awaiting assay results. The majority of these holes were drilled at the North Boundary zone, and the company will provide updates as results become available."

As of the date hereof, after giving effect to this acquisition, Mr. Sprott beneficially owns and controls 6,666,667 shares and 6,666,667 warrants of Aben, representing approximately 6.6 per cent of the issued and outstanding shares on a non-diluted basis and approximately 12.5 per cent on a partially diluted basis. Prior to the date hereof, Mr. Sprott did not beneficially own any securities of Aben.

The units were acquired by Mr. Sprott, through 2176423 Ontario Ltd., for investment purposes. Mr. Sprott has a long-term view of the investment and may acquire additional securities of Aben either on the open market or through private acquisitions or sell securities of Aben either on the open market or through private dispositions in the future, depending on market conditions, reformulation of plans and/or other relevant factors.

In connection with part of this offering, the company paid $237,999.29 in cash finders' fees and issued 793,331 finder warrants to qualified arm's-length finders. Each finder warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional share at an exercise price of 45 cents for a period of two years expiring Aug. 21, 2020. Four directors of the company subscribed for 175,000 units of the offering.

The securities issued pursuant to the offering and any shares issuable upon the exercise of warrants will be subject to a statutory four-month-and-one-day hold period expiring Dec. 22, 2018.

Cornell McDowell, PGeo, vice-president of exploration of Aben Resources, has reviewed and approved the technical aspects of this news release and is the qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.

ABEN DISCOVERS "SOUTH BOUNDARY" MINERALIZED ZONE 1.5KM SOUTH OF NORTH BOUNDARY ZONE AT FORREST KERR PROJECT IN BC'S GOLDEN TRIANGLE

Aben Resources Ltd. has provided an update on its exploration drill program currently under way at the Forrest Kerr property in British Columbia's Golden Triangle. The Company has intersected mineralization 1.5km south of the North Boundary Zone in a newly discovered area called the South Boundary Zone. Aben has now completed 4,850 meters of drilling in 16 holes at Forrest Kerr in 2018. The majority of drilling has taken place at the North Boundary area where high-grade precious and base metal mineralization was discovered in 2017 drill holes as well as in the first reported drill hole of 2018 (see news release dated August 9th, 2018). The ongoing drill program has been expanded and will continue well into the Fall.

Of the sixteen holes, three holes (1,150m) have been completed on the southwest side of the valley at the "South Boundary" target, located 1.5km south of the strong gold and copper mineralization intersected at the North Boundary Zone. Drilling in this area targeted a prominent soil geochemical anomaly (Au, Cu) that trends southward over 2km. These three holes represent the first ever drill-holes collared in this target and have intersected numerous broad horizons of quartz-sulfide veins containing abundant pyrite and copper (chalcopyrite) mineralization. The mineralized veins are hosted within a package of Hazelton Group volcanic rock that display moderate to strong silica-sericite alteration with a variable chlorite and potassic alteration component. This combination of sulfide mineralization and alteration has been indicative toward the potential for associated precious metal values throughout the 4km x 2km Boundary Zone. Assay results for South Boundary and North Boundary drilling are pending and will be reported once they have been received, compiled and interpreted. The target at the South Boundary Zone is an area of interest due to the elevated gold in rock and soil values that are coincident with an historic electromagnetic ("EM") conductive geophysical anomaly. Aben is highly encouraged that the mineral potential of the Forrest Kerr property has been greatly expanded through drilling at the newly discovered South Boundary Zone.

Jim Pettit, President and CEO of Aben Resources stated, " This new discovery of mineralization 1.5km south of the North Boundary Zone is a major development for the Company and further highlights the robust discovery potential at the Forrest Kerr Project. The mineralizing system at the property is apparently widespread and well-developed with high-grade mineralization being discovered at shallow depths over a large area. We believe we have only just scratched the surface at the newly discovered North and South Boundary Zones and an expanded drill program is currently underway with assays pending for most of the holes drilled to date."

First Drill Hole in 2018 Season (FK18-10):

As previously reported in the August 9th, 2018 news release, the first drill hole of Aben's 2018 drill season intersected four separate high-grade zones. The best high-grade interval consisted of 331.0 g/t Au over 1.0m, within a broad zone averaging 38.7 g/t Au over 10.0m from 114.0-124.0m, including 62.4 g/t gold over 6.0m (true thicknesses undetermined). The other intervals included: 22.01 g/t Au, 22.38 g/t Ag over 4.0m from 84.0 to 88.0m; 3.94 g/t Au, 3.99 g/t Ag over 13.0 m from 61.0 to 74.0m; and 8.23 g/t Au, 1.43 g/t Ag over 6.0m between 183.0 to 189.0m.

FK18-10 (140/-45) was drilled from a location 35 meters northwest and along section from the drill pad from which the discovery holes FK17-04, 05 and 06 were drilled last August. The new hole has further defined and increased the zone of precious and base metal mineralization that the 2017 holes originally pierced. Of note, the high grade intercept of 331.0 g/t Au was encountered 230 meters northward of a 326 g/t Au grade reported by Noranda in 1991 in drillhole RG91-16 (see attached plan map). High grade intercepts are generally found in narrow and discrete zones of moderate mineralization within a broad envelope of lower grade mineralization. Mineralization at North Boundary reflects the poly-metallic nature of the core with widely variable values of Au, Ag, Cu, Pb and Zn throughout. Partial results have been received for the second hole FK18-11 but will not be released until all assays are in hand.

Select results previously reported from the 2017 holes include 6.7 g/t Au, 6.4 g/t Ag and 0.9% Cu over 10.0 m including 18.9 g/t Au, 16.6 g/t Ag and 2.2% Cu over 3.0 m in hole FK17-04 which contributed to an average grade of 0.26 g/t Au over 387.0 m. Hole FK17-05 returned 21.5 g/t Au, 28.5 g/t Ag and 3.1% Cu over 6.0 m from the same zone at a slightly greater depth.

The North Boundary area shows very little outcrop exposure and contains complex geology which is disrupted by a series of faults of unknown orientation. Additional drilling is required to determine true thicknesses and establish controls to mineralization. Based on results to date the scope of the project has been expanded with additional funding to be directed to extend the current drill program. Mineralization at North Boundary is structurally controlled and hosted in a package of volcanic and volcaniclastic rocks from the Jurassic Hazelton Group. Several generations of quartz and quartz-carbonate veining are important hosts to mineralization, as are subordinate breccia zones with strong chlorite, hematite and carbonate alteration. The Boundary Zone lies between the Forrest Kerr Fault to the west, a major deep-seated crustal feature, and the unconformable contact between the Jurassic Hazelton Group and the Triassic Stuhini Group to the East. The rock reflects a prolonged history of strong hydrothermal activity combined with brittle deformation. The host package Hazelton is known to be a prolific host to several deposits throughout the region.

*all assay values are uncut and intervals reflect drilled intercepts, true thicknesses and orientations of the various zones is currently not known

                      Analytical and QA/QC Description:

All 1 or 2 meter drill core samples were delivered to ALS Global prep facility in Terrace, British Columbia where they were crushed until 70% passed a 2mm sieve, then a 250g split was pulverized until better than 85% passed a 75 micron screen. Gold was tested via fire assay method Au-ICP21 with all ore-grade samples (>10 g/t) undergoing fire assay with gravimetric finish. ALS performed multi-element ICP-AES package ME-ICP41 in their Vancouver facility to test for 35 other elements. In addition to the quality assurance and quality control program performed by ALS, Aben personnel insert lab certified standards, field blanks and duplicates into the sample stream at the rate of one QA/QC sample in every 10 samples.

Cornell McDowell, P.Geo., V.P. of Exploration of Aben Resources, has reviewed and approved the technical aspects of this news release and is the Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.

News is awesome. Remember high chalco is associated with higher grade gold. Seems like they hit more 2017 discovery mineralization. I say that type of grade and not this years extreme high grade gold mineralization because there was no chalco in the barnburner just released but there was in 2017's holes.

Excellent results, Forest Kerr might be shaping up to be a monster.

Selling is because of a PP becoming free trading.

                          Re ABN's three discoveries

2017s discovery holes had exactly the same kind of mineralization as the 2018 holes they just described in today's news. Except of course these new holes are 1.5km away from 2017's and the use of the word abundant.

"three holes (1,150 metres) have been completed on the southwest side of the valley at the South Boundary target, located 1.5 km south of the strong gold and copper mineralization intersected at the North Boundary zone. Drilling in this area targeted a prominent soil geochemical anomaly (gold, copper) that trends southward over two km. These three holes represent the first-ever drill holes collared in this target and have intersected numerous broad horizons of quartz-sulphide veins containing abundant pyrite and copper (chalcopyrite) mineralization."

Gold values are directly associated with the presence of chalco. Seems to me we have the possibility of even better then 2017 grades a kilometer and a half away from last years discovery. Are they connected? Time will tell. page 17 of the August corp presentation shows the further south you go from the North Boundary zone the higher grades of soil geochem results.

Of course the second discovery, 2018's first drill hole with the long intersections of ultra high grade gold below 2017's discovery holes, has to be considered a second seperate discovery, its a complete turn around as there is no chalco.

And then of course looking at page 17 of the August corp presentation I see what they are saying in todays NR regarding the previously unknown southward extent of the South Boundary zone.
