              ABEN RESOURCES GRANTED DTC ELIGIBILITY

Aben Resources Ltd. has been granted approval by the Depository Trust Company, which is a subsidiary of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corp., and manages the electronic clearing and settlement of publicly traded companies in the United States. Being DTC eligible is expected to greatly simplify the process of trading of the company's common shares on the OTCQB marketplace where Aben trades under the symbol "ABNAF". The DTC electronic method of clearing securities speeds up the receipt of stock and cash, and thus accelerates the settlement process for investors. In addition to the OTCQB listing, shares of Aben continue to trade on the main TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "ABN" as well as the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol "E2L2".

Aben recently announced plans for its upcoming summer drill program at the Forrest Kerr gold property located in northwestern British Columbia's Golden Triangle region (see news release dated May 23rd , 2018). A 5,000-metre diamond drill program is to begin shortly. The initial focus of the drill program will be to expand the high-grade precious metal mineralization discovered in 2017 at the Boundary North Zone, located near the center of the Forrest Kerr property.

James G. Pettit, Aben Resources President & CEO stated: "With heightened investor interest in the Golden Triangle during the summer drilling season, we believe that being DTC eligible will significantly enhance liquidity for our shareholders and improve our access to institutional and retail investors within the US."

Aben Mobilizes to Forrest Kerr Gold Project in BC’s Golden Triangle Region

                2018-06-21 05:00 PT - News Release

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, June 21, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Aben Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:ABN) (OTCQB:ABNAF) (Frankfurt:E2L2) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce it has mobilized field-crews to its 23,000-hectare Forrest Kerr Gold Project located in BC’s Golden Triangle region to begin the Company’s 2018 summer exploration and field program. Aben is planning a 5000-metre diamond drilling program in approximately 18 drill holes at Forrest Kerr.

                Golden Triangle, B.C. claims map:
                http://www.abenresources.com/i/maps/ABN_Golden_Triangle_map.jpg

Construction of camp facilities and core shack is under way and drill pad construction will follow in the next few days. The weather has been favourable. Mobilization of the drill rig will follow when pads are ready.

The initial focus for the drill program will be to expand the high-grade precious metal mineralization discovered in 2017 at the Boundary North Zone, located near the center of the Forrest Kerr Property. Three separate drill holes, collared from the same drill pad, pierced a near-surface high-grade zone of gold-silver-copper mineralization, in addition to broad intercepts containing gold bearing quartz veins. Select results from those holes include 6.7 grams per tonne (g/T) Au, 6.4 g/T Ag and 0.9% Cu over 10 metres, including 18.9 g/T Au, 16.6 g/T Ag and 2.2% Cu over 3.0 metres in hole FK17-04 which contributed to an average grade of 0.26 g/T Au over 387 metres. Hole FK17-05 returned 21.5 g/T Au, 28.5 g/T Ag and 3.1% Cu over 6 metres from the same zone at a slightly greater depth.

The Company believes the 2017 discovery demonstrates that the Boundary Zone has additional discovery potential for significant precious metal mineralization. This area of the Forrest Kerr Property hosts gold-silver-copper in rock and soil anomalies that span in excess of 2 km by 4km and remain relatively under-explored.

Aben President and CEO, Jim Pettit, stated: “Notable regional discoveries by Pretium, GT Gold, Garibaldi Resources and others have illustrated the significant discovery upside remaining in the district and we are confident in the potential at Forrest Kerr given the newly discovered and historic high-grade mineralization there as well as the numerous untested gold-in-soil anomalies present”.

ABEN STARTS 2018 DRILLING AT HIGH-GRADE BOUNDARY NORTH DISCOVERY IN BCA S GOLDEN TRIANGLE REGION

The drill is now turning at the Boundary North zone discovery at Aben Resources Ltd.'s 100-per-cent-held 23,000-hectare Forrest Kerr gold project located in British Columbia's Golden Triangle region. Aben's 2018 program will encompass a 5,000-metre diamond drilling program in approximately 18 holes with the potential for program expansion.

The initial focus of the 2018 drill program will be to expand the high-grade precious metal mineralization discovered in 2017 at the Boundary north zone, located near the center of the Forrest Kerr property. Three separate drill holes, collared from the same drill pad, pierced a near-surface high-grade zone of gold-silver-copper mineralization, in addition to broad intercepts containing gold-bearing quartz veins. Based on last year's drilling, fieldwork and historic drilling, the company believes this mineralized zone is trending and open to the northeast and the southwest and is open at depth. Select results from those holes include 6.7 grams per tonne (g/t) gold, 6.4 g/t silver and 0.9 per cent copper over 10 metres, including 18.9 g/t Au, 16.6 g/t Ag and 2.2 per cent Cu over 3.0 metres in hole FK17-04 which contributed to an average grade of 0.26 g/t Au over 387 metres. This area of the Forrest Kerr property hosts gold-silver-copper in rock and soil anomalies that span in excess of two km by four km and remain relatively underexplored.

Aben president and chief executive officer, Jim Pettit, stated, "Notable regional discoveries by Pretium, GT Gold, Garibaldi Resources, Snip and others have illustrated the significant discovery upside remaining in the district and we are confident in the potential at Forrest Kerr given the newly discovered and historic high-grade mineralization there as well as the numerous untested gold-in-soil anomalies present."

Aben's 2017 fieldwork and drilling program led to a significant discovery called the North Boundary Zone.

                          Significant assays returned:

                          • FK17-04 returned a broad intercept of 0.26 g/t (grams per tonne) Au over 387 metres that includes 6.7 g/t Au, 6.4 g/t Ag and 0.9% Cu over 10.0 metres from 16.0 to 26.0 metres depth. Within this interval was a section which returned 18.9 g/t Au, 16.6 g/t Ag and 2.2% Cu over 3.0 metres.

                          • FK17-05 returned a broad intercept of 1.2 g/t Au, 1.8 g/t Ag and 0.21% Cu over 122 metres that includes 10.9 g/t Au, 14.6 g/t Ag and 1.5% Cu over 12 metres with a high grade core of 21.5 g/t Au, 28.5 g/t Ag and 3.1% Cu over 6 metres.

                          • FK17-06 returned a broad intercept of 0.51 g/t Au, 1.03 g/t Ag and 0.1% Cu over 94 metres including 2.91 g/t Au, 5.2 g/t Ag and 0.6% Cu over 14 metres.

Drilling has started. We might get an update as early as next week as to what the cores look like. Do not expect visible gold, historically there hasn't been any. Instead we're looking for a lot of copper mineralization. Bonanza high grade gold is associated with elevated copper grades - you can see the copper mineralization, both historically and last year in this area. As you can see from highlighted sections above there is a definate coreallation.

ABEN PROVIDES SHAREHOLDER UPDATE ON 2018 EXPLORATION SEASON IN THE GOLDEN TRIANGLE, BC

Aben Resources Ltd. has provided an exploration update to its shareholders. The 2018 exploration season in the Golden Triangle is well under way, with Aben Resources, nearby GT Gold and adjacent project (Garibaldi Resources) having commenced their respective drilling campaigns over recent weeks. Aben Resources management wishes to summarize to investors the Company's recent activity as well as highlight recent media coverage related to Aben's 2018 Golden Triangle Exploration Program.

                            2018 Drill Program-to-Date

Field-crews were mobilized in May and construction of camp facilities, core shacks, and drill pad were undertaken. Weather conditions were favourable, and mobilization of the drill commenced upon completion of the drill pads. Recently, in late June, Aben announced that the drill was turning at the Boundary North Zone discovery and drilling is now underway with initial results expected to be announced later in July. The program underway will encompass 5000-metres of diamond drilling program in approximately 18 holes with the potential for program expansion.

The initial focus for the drill program is expanding the high-grade precious metal mineralization discovered in 2017 at the Boundary North Zone, located near the center of the Forrest Kerr Property. Hole FK17-05 returned 21.5 g/T Au, 28.5 g/T Ag and 3.1% Cu over 6 metres from the same zone at a slightly greater depth.
